Landscape Protection Program

DSNG commits to restore forests including degraded & deforested area inside and outside our concession to prior condition since March 2020. This commitment is reflected through our DSN Group’s Landscape Protection Plan (LPP). LPP is defined as our commitment to sustainable land-use and management across our estates and surrounding landscapes. The plan reflects our roadmap towards achieving this ambition, linked to &Green’s financing and encompassing actions within our plantations in East Kalimantan and engagement with third party suppliers. This is reflected in our commitment & Green https://www.andgreen.fund/portfolio-pt-dharma-satya-nusantara-tbk-dsng/

The LPP outlines the environmental benefits and social inclusion impacts we intend to achieve over the funding period, including forest protection, sustainably productive land intensification, forest restoration and social inclusion. The company has implemented the LPP as part of its sustainability roadmap. DSNG remains committed to delivering long-term environmental and social returns consisting of:

  • Forest Protection (ER 1)
  • Productive Land Intensification (ER 2)
  • Forest Restoration (ER 3)
  • Social Inclusion (SI)

Our Landscape Protection Plan guides our efforts to create positive impact and ensure a sustainable future for all stakeholders.
