FFB Supplier Traceability

Throughout 2025, DSNG operated one Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) and 12 Palm Oil Mills (PKS), with one PKS under maintenance and inoperable since January 2024. Three mills source FFB exclusively from our own plantations and plasma schemes. The other eight mills source a portion of their FFB from third-party suppliers, including IPCs, agents, and cooperatives.
More than 12,000 smallholders supply FFB to our palm oil mills, and they are regularly monitored to ensure their compliance with our Sustainability Policy in practice.

The FFB Traceability Table to DSN Group Plantations can be seen below. Based on all DSNG mills operating, the composition of FFB supply in 2025 is as follows:

Overall, DSNG’s achievement in FFB traceability to the plantation level (Traceability to Plantation/TTP) reached 97.76%. in 2025.

DSNG operates a palm kernel crushing plant (KCP) in Muara Wahau to produce palm kernel oil (PKO). KCP’s processing capacity is 400 tons/day. All palm kernels processed at KCP are 100% sourced from DSNG’s palm oil mill (PKS) units in East Kalimantan. Therefore, all palm kernel supply sources have achieved 100% traceability to the mill (TTM) and 99.48% traceability to the supplier plantation (TTP).

The above compliance is measured through our traceability and compliance process, which includes, among others, the signing of the Code of Conduct declaration, self-assessment compliance evaluation, polygon mapping evaluation, identification of corrective actions, scheduling and verification, reporting of compliance test results, regular audits of supplier compliance status, and also complaints from stakeholders.
