Certifications (RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, SCCS, Halal Indonesia)
Certifications provides us a benchmark for our internal operations globally against various national and international sustainability standards and certifications to support the trade of sustainable palm oil.
DSN Group is gradually implementing ISPO certification for all its palm oil mills and supplier plantations. By 2025, 11 palm oil mills and 13 plantations (PT SWA, PT DAN, PT DIN, PT BPN, PT BAS, PT PWP, PT KPS, PT DIL, PT DWT, PT KAP, PT PSA, PT DPS, and PT AAN) will have obtained ISPO certification. In addition, eight partnership plantations (smallholder scheme) have also obtained ISPO certification.
As a member of RSPO, DSN Group has carried out RSPO certification for its palm oil mills and supplier plantations. This began with RSPO PKS1 certification with PT Swakarsa Sinarsentosa plantation as a supplier in 2013. By the end of 2025, 10 palm oil mills with 13 plantations (PT SWA, PT DAN, PT DIN, PT BPN, PT BAS, PT PWP, PT KPS, PT DIL, PT DWT, PT KAP, PT PSA, PT DPS, and PT AAN) as their supplier plantations will have been RSPO certified. In addition, 10 partnership plantations (smallholder scheme) have also obtained RSPO certification.
To process the Kernels produced by the palm oil mills, DSN Group also has 1 Crushing Plan (KCP) which has been RSPO SCCS Certified since 2015. This KCP is located in a single site integrated with our palm oil mill in Wahau, East Kalimantan, exclusively supplying kernels from our Group’s palm oil mills and supported by renewable energy from our Methane Capture plant. In addition, we also have SCCS Bulking Labanan certification since 2014. Another certification that we are involved in is ISCC certificate, which we already have 1 Mill, Palm Oil Mill 4.
The RSPO certification and ISPO certification are also the efforts of DSN Group to always make improvements to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance.
FUTURE TARGETS
The company commits to achieving 100% RSPO certification of estates and mills by 2027. This is our 5-year certification journey.

During 2024, as evidence of the implementation of certified External FFB, DSNG has received in physical form (FFB Received) from 6 Self-help Cooperatives that have RSPO certificates totalling 64,577 Tonnes out of 598,900 Tonnes (11%) as follows:
PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) continues to demonstrate its commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. As part of this commitment, all Palm Oil Mills (POMs) and Kernel Crushing Plants (KCPs) operated by DSNG have successfully obtained Halal Certificates issued by Indonesia’s Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH).
This achievement reflects DSNG’s dedication to ensuring that its production processes consistently comply with the requirements of the Halal Product Assurance System and applicable regulations. The certification not only strengthens the confidence of customers and business partners but also enhances the competitiveness of DSNG’s products in both domestic and international markets.
Moving forward, DSNG remains committed to maintaining and continuously improving the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System across all operational units as part of the Company’s commitment to responsible, sustainable, and stakeholder-oriented business practices.
