SPOTT Ranking

As part of its commitment to transparency, DSN Group actively participates in the Sustainable Palm Oil Transparency Toolkit (SPOTT assessment conducted by Zoological Society of London (ZSL)). SPOTT is designed to measure the transparency of companies in public disclosures of best practices and sustainability commitments.

DSN Group recognizes that SPOTT provides a platform to assess and measure the transparency and accountability of the palm oil, timber and rubber industries with the aim of encouraging the uptake and implementation of environmental, social and governance best practices in sectors with high biodiversity impacts. The journey of DSN Group, undergoing an upgrade 2019-2025, is as follows:

DSN Group also participates in the S&P Global ESG Assessment, which measures a company’s performance in terms of managing material ESG risks, opportunities and impacts, derived from a combination of company disclosures, media and stakeholder analysis, modelling approaches and in-depth company engagement through the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

The S&P Global ESG Score is a relative score that measures a company’s performance and management of ESG risks, opportunities and impacts compared to other companies in the same industry classification. In 2023, DSNG obtained a score of 39 with a composition of 34 CSA scores and 5 model scores.

In 2025, DSNG received a Katadata ESG Index-Plantation rating conducted by the Katadata Insight Centre to assess the sustainability performance of public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and several state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy.

Katadata measures and maps companies based on sector and sustainability performance through the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) aspects. Specifically for the Financial (Banking) sector, the Green Economy aspect is added to the index calculation. In compiling the corporate sustainability index, Katadata relies on primary data sources from sustainability reports or annual reports that are publicly available on company websites as of June 2025.
