Last April 2025 marked my 11-year career journey at PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk.
I’m thrilled to share that I initially joined the project engineering design department, which is the department in charge of designing palm oil and biocng mills, as well as conducting engineering problem solving in PKS operations.
Working has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. Each experience and challenge has been a stepping stone in honing my skills and contributing to my personal development. The unique and diverse nature of the problems was a thrilling challenge, pushing me to find the best solution. Cooperation with friends, teams, and the invaluable input of leadership is the key to resolving and overcoming challenges together!
The beginning of 2020 was a very challenging year at work, during which there was a global outbreak of the novel coronavirus, including in Indonesia. This has an impact on project activities at the site, but it’s a very strict health condition monitoring, which is great for safety! The workforce is ready to take on the challenge! They’re eager to show their commitment and pass the COVID-19 test with flying colors. Employees affected by the virus had to be quarantined, which gave the project a much-needed break.
I’m thrilled to say that I’m one of the employees who experienced this incredible journey! At that time, I was at the PKS 12 Project in Central Kalimantan and fell sick. I was hospitalized at Harapan Insani Hospital for 14 days, so I could not return to Jakarta, but I’m happy to share that I made a full recovery!
I am delighted to share that the DSN management team is deeply committed to addressing this matter. In July 2021, the incredible opportunity to receive the vaccine arose for employees and staff in the plantation and PKS. My team and I eagerly embraced this chance to be vaccinated and received our certificates, which would allow us to return to Jakarta after three months on the PKS 12 Central Kalimantan project. We are extremely grateful for the incredible efforts of the management and medical team. They have gone above and beyond to assist us, and we can’t thank them enough.
I’ve learned a lot from every challenge I’ve faced at work. I know that working with sincerity will always bring good things for the company and my family at home. I’m driven by a passion to keep going, and I know that every challenge brings countless opportunities for discovery. Here, I’m not just working, I’m thriving! I’m growing strong.
May PT DSN Tbk always prosper! I’m ready to take on any challenge that comes my way!
