Jenti Widjaja

Indonesian citizen, born in 1971, with a career spanning over 30 years in the palm oil plantation, banking, and consulting sectors. She currently serves as a Director of DSN Group since December 2018, and concurrently holding the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in DSN Group.

She has a 7-year career in the palm oil plantation sector, serving as the Chief Financial Officer at PT HPI Agro from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, she also held the position of Group Head of Business Development and Corporate Finance at PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk from 2010 to 2015.

Beyond the palm oil industry, she has a 12-year career in the consulting industry. From 2004 to 2009, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Melbourne, Australia, reaching the position of Associate Director. Before her stint in Australia, she worked at PwC Jakarta from 1997 to 2004 as a senior manager.

Her career started as an analyst at PT Astra International Tbk in 1994, continuing until 1997. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia, in 1994, and earned a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia, in 1998. She has no affiliation with the Company.
