EIFFEL Trainee 2025 DSN Group Programme Officially Launched! Are You Ready to Become a Future Leader?

Jakarta, 2 May 2025 — PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG or The Company) just opened an opportunity for Indonesia’s top young talents through its flagship Management Trainee (MT) Program, Excellent Future Leader or EIFFEL Batch 2.

The company invites the nation’s best candidates to participate and compete for the chance to become future leaders who are competent, adaptive, and ready to face the ever-evolving challenges of the business world.

DSNG’s Chief Human Capital Officer, Lucy Sycilia, explained that the EIFFEL Trainee Program is specially and structurally designed to accelerate the development of competencies and leadership qualities among participants.

“Through this program, participants will be equipped not only with technical skills in business and commercial fields, but also with a strong focus on enhancing soft skills such as leadership, communication, and adaptability in various situations,” explained Lucy.

In addition, EIFFEL Trainees will gain valuable experience from DSNG’s diverse business units, helping them broaden their insight, practical exposure, and readiness to face real-world challenges in the workplace.

The company adopts a holistic development approach based on the 70-20-10 model, where 70% of learning is through On-the-Job Training and real projects, 20% through coaching, mentoring, and direct counseling from DSNG leaders, and 10% through formal training.

With this method, participants are expected to grow comprehensively, not only in terms of knowledge but also through practical experience and direct guidance from experienced professionals.

Since the EIFFEL Trainee Program was first launched in 2021, it has received a strong response from the public. In Batch 1, a total of 10,899 applicants competed to join the program, with 16 top candidates successfully selected and now serving in various functional and operational roles within DSNG.

Building on this success, the 2025 EIFFEL Trainee Program returns with a broader scope, both in terms of recruitment areas and participants’ academic backgrounds.
