DSNG Reported Performance Growth in the First Half of 2026

Jakarta, 30 July 2026 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) delivered financial performance growth in the first half of 2026 despite the ongoing challenges facing the industry. As of the end of June 2026, the Company recorded revenue of Rp 6.29 trillion, representing a 3.4% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Net profit rose 7.8% YoY to Rp 985.88 billion, while EBITDA remained relatively stable at approximately Rp 2 trillion. The palm oil segment continued to be the Company’s primary contributor, accounting for 90% of total revenue and profit.

The increase in net profit was mainly driven by higher sales volumes of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK), supported by improvements in the average selling prices (ASP) of CPO, PK, and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) by 2.5%, 13.0%, and 9.4%, respectively. In addition, continued operational efficiencies helped reduce finance costs to Rp 169.5 billion, compared with Rp 231.8 billion in the corresponding period last year.

DSNG President Director Andrianto Oetomo said the Company remains committed to maintaining business performance through disciplined operational and financial management amid the various challenges affecting the industry.

“Despite the industry’s ongoing challenges, we remain focused on improving productivity, implementing sound agronomic practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and continuing our replanting programme. These initiatives are expected to strengthen our competitiveness and support the long-term sustainability of our business,” said Andrianto.

The Company’s financial position also remained sound as of the end of June 2026. Total assets stood at Rp 17.81 trillion, while equity increased to Rp12.13 trillion. Meanwhile, total liabilities declined to Rp5.68 trillion, reflecting the Company’s continued prudent approach to capital management.

Operational wise, the Company processed approximately 1.3 million tonnes of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) during the first half of 2026, a 4.5% YoY decrease. Accordingly, CPO production reached 299.3 thousand tonnes, while PK and PKO production amounted to 56.6 thousand tonnes and 18.4 thousand tonnes, respectively.

Although production volumes declined, the Company maintained operational effectiveness, as reflected in the improvement of its Oil Extraction Rate (OER) to 23.51%, up from 23.33% in the same period last year. CPO quality also remained high, with the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) level improving to 2.98%, compared with 3.05% a year earlier, reinforcing the premium quality of DSNG’s CPO.

In the wood products segment, global demand, particularly in Europe and North America, has yet to fully recover, affecting the Company’s sales volumes. Panel sales volume totalled 58.6 thousand m³, down 6% YoY, while engineered flooring sales volume reached 116.2 thousand m², representing a 64% YoY decline.

Meanwhile, the Renewable Energy (RE) segment continued to show encouraging progress. Exports of Palm Kernel Shells (PKS) and wood pellets continued to increase, supported by the full commercial operation of the Company’s wood pellet manufacturing facility, which contributed to higher sales volumes. By the end of the first half of 2026, PKS sales volume had increased 29% YoY to 31,450 tonnes, while wood pellet sales volume more than doubled, rising 103% YoY to 21,640 tonnes.

In June 2026, DSNG was once again included in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500, which recognises companies with the strongest financial performance across Southeast Asia. This achievement reflects the Company’s consistent ability to maintain solid business performance while strengthening its position as one of Indonesia’s leading listed companies operating at a regional level.

Looking ahead, the Company will continue to focus on improving productivity, strengthening operational efficiency, and maintaining prudent financial management as part of its commitment to delivering sustainable long-term growth.
