DSNG Maintained Growth Momentum in 1Q-2026

Jakarta, 27 April 2026 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (“DSNG” or the “Company”) reported a steady performance in the 1Q-2026, recording revenue of Rp 2.9 trillion, rose by 8% year-on-year (YoY), and net profit of Rp 421 billion, reflecting a 15% YoY higher.

President Director, Andrianto Oetomo, stated that the palm oil segment remained the primary contributor to the Company’s revenue. CPO sales volume rose by 18% YoY, although the average selling price (ASP) declined by approximately 3% during the quarter. Nevertheless, the segment continued to provide a positive contribution to overall performance.

“The Company continues to implement prudent and strategic initiatives, including its replanting program to maintain plantation productivity. To date, replanting has reached approximately 5,000-ish hectares,” Andrianto explained.

Aligned with higher revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) rose by 10% YoY to Rp 2.0 trillion, mainly driven by higher CPO sales volume. However, the Company’s deleveraging efforts have led to lower interest expenses, supporting the improvement in profitability.

Operationally, the Company recorded Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production of 492 thousand tons, up 2.7% YoY. This growth was supported by a 6.2% YoY increase in plasma plantation output, while nucleus plantations grew by 1.8% YoY. CPO production rose by 2.1% YoY to 141 thousand tons, followed by Palm Kernel (PK) production, which increased by 2.9% YoY to 27 thousand tons, and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO), which grew by 5.7% YoY to 8.5 thousand tons. Operational performance was reflected in an Oil Extraction Rate (OER) of 23.32% and Free Fatty Acid (FFA) levels maintained at around 3%.

In the wood products segment, global market pressures persisted through 1Q-2026, particularly due to weaker demand for panel products and engineered flooring, which has significant exposure to the United States (USA) market. Ongoing uncertainty surrounding tariff policies and their administration in the USA has weighed on demand, leading to more cautious purchasing behavior and delayed buying decisions.

The Company recorded wood panel sales of 26 thousand m³ and engineered flooring sales of 56 thousand m². Both segments experienced volume declines of 11.5% YoY and 63.2% YoY, respectively.

In the renewable energy segment, revenue reached Rp 40.2 billion, representing a decrease of 8.4% YoY. This decline was primarily due to lower export volumes of Palm Kernel Shell (PKS), amid softer demand in Japan’s biomass market.

As of 31 March 2026, the Company’s total assets stood at Rp 17.7 trillion, up 0.8% YoY. Total liabilities were recorded at Rp 5.7 trillion, while total equity amounted to Rp 12.0 trillion.

In April 2026, DSNG was included in the list of the Top 500 Companies in Asia-Pacific by TIME, based on several indicators including employee satisfaction, revenue performance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.
