DSNG Delivers Solid FY2025 Performance
Jakarta, 31 March 2026 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) closed the 2025 financial year with solid performance amid ongoing global industry dynamics. The Company recorded a net profit of Rp 1.8 trillion, representing a 60.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase, supported by higher sales volumes and improved average selling prices, particularly in the palm oil segment.
Revenue wise, the Company posted Rp 12.3 trillion in 2025, up 21.7% YoY. The palm oil segment remained the primary contributor, accounting for 88% of total revenue. Throughout 2025, this segment generated Rp 10.8 trillion in sales, growing 23.5% YoY, in line with a 13.2% YoY increase in the average selling price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) to Rp14,474/kg.
President Director of DSNG, Andrianto Oetomo, stated that global supply constraints contributed to maintaining CPO price stability throughout the year.
“CPO production in major exporting countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia remains constrained, while global demand continues to be strong. Domestically, the implementation of the B40 policy has also supported demand, keeping CPO prices at levels conducive to the industry,” said Andrianto.
From an operational perspective, the Company delivered stable production performance. Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) production increased by 3.8% YoY to 2.19 million tons, compared to 2.11 million tons in the previous year. CPO production rose by 4.9% to 631 thousand tons, while palm kernel (PK) production increased by 4.5% to 119 thousand tons. The Company also maintained Free Fatty Acid (FFA) levels at around 3%, reflecting consistent product quality.
In the wood products segment, the Company recorded improved performance, with sales reaching Rp 1.2 trillion, up 7.8% YoY from Rp 1.1 trillion in the previous year. This growth was driven by higher sales volumes of wood panel products and engineered flooring, which increased by 7.1% and 1.0% YoY, respectively, along with improvements in average selling prices of 3.9% and 4.2% YoY.
The improved performance in this segment reflects the Company’s strategy to align its product portfolio with market demand while capturing opportunities arising from global wood market dynamics in recent years.
Meanwhile, the renewable energy (RE) segment continued to increase its contribution, with revenue reaching Rp 226 billion, up from Rp 182.8 billion in the previous year. This growth was primarily driven by the full commercial operation of the wood pellet plant in Boyolali and is expected to continue in line with rising demand for low-carbon energy.
The Company’s 2025 performance was further supported by the implementation of prudent corporate governance and strong synergy across business units. By year-end, total assets stood at Rp17.6 trillion, an increase of 1.2% YoY. Liabilities were recorded at Rp 6 trillion, declining in line with reduced bank loans, while equity increased to Rp 11.6 trillion.
As recognition of its strong performance and fundamentals, DSNG was included in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 2025, which highlights companies with the strongest financial performance in the ASEAN region, as well as Forbes Asia’s Best Under a Billion, which recognizes Asia-Pacific companies with robust and sustainable financial performance.
Looking ahead, the Company remains committed to maintaining healthy and sustainable growth through disciplined operational management, productivity improvements, and strengthened business diversification to navigate evolving industry dynamics.
