DSNG Booked Steady Performance Amid Market Dynamics
Jakarta, October 24, 2025 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG or the Company) booked a stable performance through the third quarter of 2025, marked by solid growth in revenue and profit despite fluctuating market conditions.
As of the end of September 2025, DSNG recorded consolidated revenue of Rp 8.9 trillion, an increase of 25% year-on-year (YoY). This growth was mainly supported by the palm oil segment, which contributed around 88% to total revenue, followed by wood products at 11% and renewable energy at 1.7%.
“The Company booked a net profit of Rp 1.3 trillion, 51% YoY higher, aligned with the increase in the average selling price (ASP) of palm products and improved operational efficiency across all business lines,” explained Andrianto Oetomo, President Director of DSNG.
Revenue from the palm oil segment reached Rp 7.8 trillion, up 27.8% YoY. This positive performance was supported by higher ASPs across all major products, namely CPO up 16.3% YoY, Palm Kernel up 80.5%, and PKO up 82.8%, while sales volume rose by around 5%.
Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production increased 4% YoY to 1.6 million tons, with CPO production up 3.9% YoY. Product quality remained well maintained, with Free Fatty Acid (FFA) stable at 3% and Oil Extraction Rate (OER) at 23.37%.
Meanwhile, revenue from the wood products segment was recorded at Rp 948.8 billion, an increase of 9.2% YoY, driven by higher sales volumes of panel products (up 9.9% YoY) and engineered flooring (up 3.2% YoY). Global demand showed improvement, although it is still facing external challenges such as U.S. trade tariffs and geopolitical tensions.
In addition, revenue from the renewable energy segment was recorded at Rp 148.9 billion, down 8.3% YoY, due to a decline in sales volume and selling price, which align with fluctuations in biomass demand in the Japanese market.
In the third quarter, the wood pellet product, which began commercial operations earlier this year, had sold 13.7 thousand tons at an average price of USD 120 per ton, contributing to the renewable energy segment’s revenue.
As of September 30, 2025, the Company’s total assets stood at Rp 17.2 trillion, down 1% compared to last year, primarily reflecting cash utilization for dividend distribution and bond repayment in July 2025. Total liabilities decreased 17% YoY, aligned with the deleveraging strategy through early loan repayment. Meanwhile, total equity increased 11% YoY to Rp 10.9 trillion, reflecting strong profit performance and prudent capital management.
For its consistent financial and operational performance, DSNG was once again named among Forbes Asia’s 200 Under a Billion 2025, which highlights 200 public companies in the Asia-Pacific region with revenues under USD 1 billion and sustainable growth. This recognition encourages the Company to continue strengthening governance practices, efficiency, and environmental responsibility across all business activities.
