DSNG 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Approved Dividend Distribution of Rp 47 per Share

Jakarta, 9 June 2026 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) at Harris Hotel & Conventions Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. During the meeting, shareholders representing approximately 94.55% of the Company’s total issued shares, or a total of 10,022,409,333 shares, approved all agenda items proposed by the Company as part of its commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The meeting was chaired by DSNG President Commissioner, Adi Resanata Somadi Halim.

Shareholders approved all resolutions presented at the 2026 AGMS, including the ratification of the Company’s audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders also approved the appropriation of the Company’s 2025 net profit, including the distribution of a cash dividend amounting to Rp 498 billion, equivalent to Rp 47 per share.

DSNG President Director, Andrianto Oetomo, stated that the Company continues to strengthen its business fundamentals through prudent management practices, with a focus on improving productivity, enhancing operational efficiency, and consistently implementing GCG principles across all business segments.

“Throughout 2025, the Company navigated various challenges arising from global geopolitical developments, persistent inflationary pressures in several advanced economies, and uncertainties stemming from ongoing trade tensions. Amid these conditions, DSNG remained resilient and focused on delivering sustainable growth for shareholders and all stakeholders,” said Andrianto Oetomo.

Throughout 2025, the Company continued to strengthen its performance across its palm oil, wood products, and renewable energy businesses while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability practices. In recognition of these achievements, DSNG once again received international recognition by being included in both the Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion and the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list.

Looking ahead, the Company will continue to focus on sustainable growth through operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and strengthening risk management capabilities to remain agile in responding to both global and domestic economic developments.
