DSNG Continued Growth Trend in the Third Quarter of 2026
Jakarta, 30 October 2026 – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG or the Company) continued its growth trend in the third quarter of 2026, recording a profit of Rp 1.4 trillion, up 9.8% year-on-year (YoY), while revenue reached Rp 9.1 trillion, an increase of 1.8% YoY. The palm oil segment remained the Company’s main revenue contributor, generating Rp 8 trillion, or approximately 88% of total revenue.
“The positive performance this quarter was largely supported by higher average selling prices across nearly all business segments, particularly palm oil products. In addition, the Company’s deleveraging policy also contributed positively to profit, as lower debt levels continued to reduce finance costs,” said Andrianto Oetomo, President Director of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk.
Amid the El Nino phenomenon currently affecting Indonesia, particularly Kalimantan, the Company’s plantations have also been impacted by lower fresh fruit bunches (FFB) production. FFB production in the third quarter declined by 5.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) compared with the previous quarter. Meanwhile, total FFB production through the third quarter reached 1.5 million tonnes, down 4.3% YoY compared with the same period last year. Crude palm oil (CPO) production volume reached 451 thousand tonnes, down 1.5% YoY, while palm kernel (PK) production totalled 85 thousand tonnes, a decrease of 1% YoY.
Through the third quarter of 2026, the Company also recorded an improvement in its oil extraction rate (OER) to 23.73%. CPO quality remained well maintained, as reflected in a reduction in free fatty acid (FFA) content to 2.95%, compared with 3.03% in the same period last year. This FFA level reflects the continued premium quality of DSNG’s CPO.
In the wood products segment, favourable average selling prices have yet to translate into a significant increase in the Company’s revenue contribution, as sales volumes remain limited, particularly for engineered flooring products. Weak market conditions in Europe and North America have constrained demand for engineered flooring, preventing sales volumes from reaching optimal levels. Meanwhile, the Asian market has shown a gradual recovery, reflected in the progressive increase in sales volumes of wood panel products.
In the renewable energy segment, wood pellet sales volume increased by 34% YoY, accompanied by a 3% YoY increase in the average selling price. These developments supported the growing contribution of the renewable energy segment to the Group’s overall performance.
