Sebagai pedoman untuk Sekretaris Perusahaan dalam menjalankan tugasnya dan sekaligus untuk mematuhi peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35\/POJK.04\/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, Perseroan telah membuat Piagam Sekretaris Perusahaan yang dijadikan pedoman dasar dalam mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan Sekretaris Perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Piagam Sekretaris Perusahaan berisi kebijakan yang mengatur aspek-aspek terkait fungsi dan peran Sekretaris Perusahaan terhadap Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, komite-komite dan pemegang saham ABM, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan pasar modal serta penyampaian dan pemberian informasi perusahaan terhadap pihak internal dan eksternal. Piagam ini telah ditinjau, diperbaharui, dan disetujui oleh Direksi melalui Surat Keputusan Direksi Nomor 571\/DSN\/DIR-DB\/X\/2015 tanggal 16 Februari 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tugas dan tanggung jawab Sekretaris Perusahaan merujuk pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35\/POJK.04\/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Piagam Sekretaris Perusahaan, yaitu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Mengikuti perkembangan pasar modal khususnya peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku di bidang pasar modal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mengikuti pendidikan dan\/ atau pelatihan, dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman untuk membantu pelaksanaan tugas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Memastikan Perseroan untuk mematuhi ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Pasar Modal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Membantu Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris dalam pelaksanaan tata kelola perusahaan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Sebagai pejabat penghubung atau Liaison Officer antara Perseroan dengan Pemegang Saham Perseroan, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Selain itu, Sekretaris Perusahaan juga menjaga hubungan dengan investor dalam penyampaian perkembangan perusahaan kepada para pemegang saham.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
