Lucy Sycilia

Indonesian citizen, born in 1968, a professional with a career spanning over 30 years across diverse sectors, including palm oil plantation, oil and gas, telecommunications, and the financial sector. Appointed as a Director of DSN Group since March 2015, and she also currently holds the position of Corporate Human Capital Head.

Throughout her career, she has held key positions such as Director of Human Resources & General Affairs at PT Elnusa Tbk, VP Corporate Human Resources at PT Elnusa Tbk in 2008-2009, Director of Human Resources & General Affairs at PT Infomedia Nusantara, Senior Manager of Human Resources at PT Elnusa Tbk in 2000-2004, GM HR & GA, GM Operation, Manager of Business Development, and Staff of Business Development at PT Infomedia Nusantara in 1992-2000. She also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Elnusa Pension Fund from 2009 to 2011.

Lucy earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gajah Mada University in 2010 and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Technology from Bogor Agricultural Institute in 1990. In addition to her role at DSN Group, she also serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer in the Company and has no affiliation with the Company.
